Awkwafina

Awkwafina, an American actor and singer, began by releasing a humorous rap track dealing with issues related to sexual and race. The career of the singer and actress grew to Hollywood when she dropped several rap songs. Born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrant parents within Forest Hills Queens her first taste of musician life came via trumpet. In the following years, she took up the classical and hip-hop genres. In her studies, she majored in journalism and women's studies in college even studying Mandarin in Beijing for a time. However, it wasn't until she graduated that she shifted her focus on music. Her track My Vag which was her response to Mickey Avalons My Dick, became a huge hit across the Internet and later appeared on her debut LP Yellow Ranger. The album also included popular hits that went viral, such as body-positive Queef or the winking city tour New York Bitche$. The second track linked into Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide published in 2015, which was an additional project. The resume of her included author and musician. She was now looking to further her career in acting. Alongside early shows such as Girl Code, Tawk and Bad Rap she also appeared in films like Neighbors to Storks. In the year 2018, she was offered several notable performances, which included Dude Ocean 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. Then in June, she launched the EP in Fina We Trust.
