Robyn Rihanna Fenty is also known as Rihanna is an Barbadian performer and songwriter. She gave us music hits such as Pon de Replay SOS Umbrella and Take a Bow. Rihanna is an extremely well-known artist who has sold over 41 million albums around the world and more than 150 million songs. Born in Barbados and was raised with reggae. As she started to sing, her goal was becoming a professional performer. When she was disturbed by the chaotic nature of her home life and constant battles with her father she was drawn to music. After a while, she realized she was destined to make it as an accomplished professional. In high school she was a part of a band group and was invited to audition with Evan Rodgers. The producer was awestruck by the talents of this young lady. She relocated from the city of her birth to New York to start a profession as a full-time singer. Rihanna's debut album was shortly released and Rihanna was a cult artist in no time. The songs of Rihanna were favorites among the young which influenced her to pursue film. A beautiful young woman with a great talent, she's today considered one of the most popular teens and is an iconic fashion model. Rihanna is known for positive causes and actively contributes to a number of charities.
